6 Generations of Quilters in One Photo!
Mary (Gerber) Wagler made the green & white top... and over 80 years later her great-great-great-grandchildren are putting their quilts into the OVQG Festival of Quilts 2017, which is this weekend!
The green and white quilt top was made for my Grandmother. Emma and Mary Brenneman, my grandma, my great-aunt Vera, their cousin Cora and a bunch of other teens quilted it.
All three of these quilts are in the show- Mary’s creation will be among even older quilts (!) in the Heritage Quilting Demonstration Area, while Elizabeth and Matthew will be displaying their quilts with the other youth quilts.
