We invited the Sunnyside crew for brunch outside and everyone else on zoom. There were snowbirds.

 

After brunch, various neighbours came over and we snacked some more. It was nice to sit and chat in a vaguely more normal way.

 

In the evening, we went to "Chez Maman" for my birthday. The menu was slightly more complicated than maybe it should have been as there was watermelon salad AND a green salad with shishekababs AND stuffed green peppers. It was very good though and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

 

Then the kids and I went for a sunset bike ride, before coming home and watching fireworks on TV as per tradition.
